Manux Solutions provide a 24/7 monitored service for the benefit of customers hosting with us. When you contact our help desk team you are talking to experienced Tier 2 & 3 engineers who are involved in the implementation and support of our systems and communications networks. We can be contacted on the phone numbers below or via email support at manux.net.nz.
If we are unable to take your call you will be directed to a voicemail box and asked to leave a message. Please leave your name, contact number and a brief message. These messages are entered into our issue tracking system and given priority by the on-call support staff.
Our help desk team work NZ business hours which are 8:30 to 18:00 hours Monday to Friday. Outside of these times we provide support to contract clients only. If do not have a support contract and you have a problem you are welcome to leave a message and it will be attended to when normal business hours resume.
