Team Methodology
The Infrastructure Solutions team methodology is built upon the following.
 
Assess
For Manux Solutions to deliver robust, scalable and cost effective business solutions we first need to assess, to understand the current business infrastructure, what hardware and software runs, how it is used and by whom. We will meet with business owners to understand the short and long term business needs and changes that they foresee.
Design
From the business assessment we design a solution that considers budget, timescales, growth and needs of the client and is best suited to mitigating the risks of our customers. All solutions are designed to deliver performance, security, flexibility and functionality and are a supporting foundation for business growth through staff, data, systems and new business applications.
Implement
The implementation stage is a project management driven set of processes that requires a combination of offsite, on site business hours and out of hours work depending on project size and or complexity. All work is carried out by certified system engineers and is completed with as little disruption as possible and our customers are updated at every step of the implementation.
Manage
We have a portfolio of managed options to ensure on-going maintenance and management of network systems such as servers, workstations, firewalls, antivirus, antispam and system backups. All managed services are monitored, maintained and managed by our technical team.
Support
We provide a central support service for our customers, their staff and networks irrespective of location in New Zealand. Manux Solutions becomes the IT department for our customers, with real in depth knowledge of systems and users it allows for support issues to be resolved in a timely manner.
