Business Solutions
The Business Solutions team is focused on delivery across five key areas, Project Management, Design, Development, Integration and Support. The combined experience across the team has enabled Manux Solutions to deliver simple through to highly complex application development and integration solutions.
Project Management
Delivering the right solution, in the right timeframe. We work with our customers and all project members to map out the project life cycle, coordinating and scheduling delivery by all parties, to the desired timeframe and budget. Our project management or consulting role does not stop when we deliver a particular solution. We work with the customer to provide on-going advice and support to their business process, identifying and capitalising on opportunities for efficiency and improvement. Our customers continue rely on us to coordinate technology delivery while they concentrate on doing business.
Design
The devil is in the detail. We work with our customers to design the right solution for the right business process. Our solutions may involve custom development and/or an integration solution. Key to the success of our solutions is ensuring that the right process is implemented. Review of the existing customer process often leads us to recommend changes to those processes yielding efficiencies. Our experience with a diversity of business processes helps us to avoid enshrining bad processes in new solutions. In some cases, we actually recommend to the customer that they change their process, without need to implement a new solution.
Development
When a customer needs a highly tailored solution, more than an off the shelf product, our development team have the skills and expertise to develop business solutions to support the customer process. Solutions vary from simple desktop utilities, through complex processing applications, to e commerce web sites and portals. We have experience in a diverse range of customer industries.
Integration
A great solution does not have to be built from scratch. Our solutions often involve integrating a variety of products to assemble an effective solution for the customer.

The cost of re-inventing the wheel is avoided by selecting from a range of components and carefully ensuring they work together to support the customers’ business requirement. Often our solutions are a mix of integration of 3rd party solutions and bespoke developments by our team.
Support
We stand behind the solutions we deliver. While we strive to engineer out the need for support calls, our solutions team are experienced in assisting customers with queries and investigating and resolving issues. Customer business continuity is paramount and we strive to resolve issues in a timely manner. Keeping the customer informed and meeting their expectations is a key imperative.
