HELPDESK SUPPORT (LEVEL 1 -2)

In order to maintain the high level of service and support that Manux provides, we are seeking a proactive Level One to Level Two Helpdesk Support individual.

This role requires answering the main support line and solving user problems. Experience with Windows Desktop and the ability to problem solve and think quick on your feet is essential in this role. As you will be helping clients from all around New Zealand, the ability to visualise the ‘problem’ is essential as remote access is not always available.

This is a customer service orientated role and as such good communication skills are important. You will be assisting the internal backup monitoring services as well as updating and monitoring antivirus packages for customers.

This role is essential to the smooth operation of the company and in return for your high level of service and initiative a competitive salary is on offer.
